CWA District 2-13 Vice President Mike Davis joined members, retirees, and allies on the steps of the Pennsylvania Capitol Building at the state AFL-CIO Advocacy Day Rally earlier this month. The changes would also eliminate labor protections and cause further delays in the buildout program.
